Subscribing to JLN

The John Lothian Newsletter is offered for free for 90 days. After that, the cost for a one-year subscription is $175 per reader per year. There is a discount for firms with five or more readers. The Enterprise rate for firms with multiple readers is $125 per reader per year. Students and retirees are welcome to receive the newsletter for free.

The JLN Options newsletter is offered for free.

Readers are encouraged to share the newsletter with other people. Our happy readers are the best marketing for the newsletter.

To opt out of JLN, there is a link at the bottom of every newsletter to remove your email from the distribution list. However, if you are paying for JLN on a monthly basis, you must contact us at accounting@johnlothian.com to end any recurring charges.

Refund or cancellation policies

John Lothian News will provide a refund upon request for an individual subscription, prorated by month. Subscription refunds will be prorated on a monthly basis to the beginning of the previous month. There are no fees associated with any refunds.

Privacy/personally identifiable information policies

John Lothian News collects contact information that you provide to us, such as your name, title and organization, address, telephone number, fax number and email address.

In addition, JLN may collect contact information obtained via other companies’ marketing lists, event attendee lists and similar sources.
We collect payment information you provide through our standard, secure billing process.
We collect your information to process your transactions, maintain your account and ensure your adherence to our Terms of Use, and respond to your inquiries.

We share selected information about you with our vendors to perform services on your behalf.
We could potentially share personal information in conjunction with a sale or similar transfer of a business.
JLN would share information when legally compelled to or for other legal or regulatory purposes.

John Lothian News has established a number of safeguards and uses reasonable security measures to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access and use. Your information is stored in a secure location in the US and access is limited to authorized persons on John Lothian News staff only.
